Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00AM - 3:30 PM during the school year and Monday-Thursday 9:00AM – 12:00 PM during the summer. Applications will be processed based on class preferences and you will receive notification via email regarding the status of your child's class placement. In the event we are unable to fulfill your first-, second-, or third-class preference, the email will give you information regarding placement on the wait list.
The registration fee is due at time of registration and is non-refundable. The fee may be paid via check (payable to CCP), via Tuition Express (if you are currently enrolled in the program), or online through a provided link once your registration is processed. A one-month non-refundable tuition deposit is due by May 1st for the following school year.
